Pine Island suite is located on the lakeside of the building and includes a furnished porch with couch, loveseat, and pub table (all were purchased new for 2021). The kitchen has a two burner gas stove (no oven), microwave, refrigerator, slow cooker, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and dish soap. There is a queen and a twin bed located in the upper level and a twin bed located in the lower level. There is an upper and lower bathroom and each has a shower, Bathrooms have hand soap. Free Wi-Fi internet. Electric heat, box fan, and A/C. Sleeps 3-4. Shared firepit. Each unit has a Weber Spirit II gas grill (purchased new in 2021) which includes a 20# gas tank.

All of our rooms are non-smoking.

 

All mattresses, box springs, and bedding were new for 2021. All linens including comforters are laundered between guests.

 

All three of our units share 3 kayaks which are free to use for our guests on a daily first-come first-serve basis. *Life jackets are not provided*

 

All of our suites are inspected annually by the Sawyer County Health Department and meet all current safety and water quality criteria.

 

*Bath and kitchen towels are not provided*

 

2024 rate is $635 per week plus tax ($695 total) ​

 

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

 

A $200 deposit is due within 14 days of reservation. We are only accepting checks at this time. Deposit will be fully refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full balance due at least 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Check in time is 2:30 pm and check out is 9:00 a.m..

Weekly rental only June, July, and August.

2 night minimum stays are available May, September, and October. Nightly rate is $150 per night plus tax.
